We want your flowers and gifts to get to their destination as much as you do, so please make sure you give us the full and correct delivery address and phone numbers. The more information we have, the more likely we are to deliver your thoughtful gift to the right person and place :)
Phone Numbers - Please!
We aren't trying to ruin your surprise gift, we are trying to make sure your order gets there on-time, to the right person and you don't
have to pay an additional delivery fee. We cannot be held responsible if the information you have provided is incorrect or incomplete. If
we are not provided with a phone number for the recipient, we reserve the right to hold the order until a correct phone number has been
provided.
Limited Access Locations
Please give us as much info as possible regarding access to the recipient's address. ESPECIALLY apartment buildings and rural/large
property areas. We cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver if our courier cannot access the property safely and legally.
For apartment buildings with limited access the order may be left with the concierge/reception.

Deliveries are usually made between 10am and 5pm Monday-Friday, 10am-1pm Saturday. If the recipient is not home and there is a safe place
our courier will leave it for them and let them know where to find it via text or phone call. If it is not safe or the order contains
alcohol, we will attempt to arrange a successful delivery by contacting the number/s provided. If we are unable to communicate with the
recipient or customer and the order is returned to the shop, a re-delivery fee will apply. Please Note: We cannot guarantee a call before
delivery (even when requested) however we will do our best if you have written this in the 'Comment on Order' section of your order.
All of the wonderful products on our website are available exclusively from Carina Florist and are only for delivery in the Brisbane region. If we cannot fulfil an order (due to distance or unavailable couriers), we reserve the right to send your order to one of our floral friends who are closer to the address - aiming to keep the product/s as close as possible to our design.
Same Day Delivery
For same day delivery please place your order by:
12pm (Midday) Monday - Friday
10am Saturday
Please Note: Same Day Delivery is only Guaranteed for LOCAL suburbs. We reserve the right to deliver to other suburbs at the earliest
availability with our courier OR send the order to another florist closer to the location to be completed.

Timed Deliveries
If you require your gift to arrive at a specific time please call us directly on (07) 3395 0793 to arrange this - additional courier fees
may apply.
We do not deliver on Sunday. Exceptions are made for Mother's Day or when Valentines Day falls on a Sunday.
We also do not deliver on Public Holidays.
Delivery Costs
Prices range from $15 LOCAL and $25-$35 for MIDI AND MAXI delivery. To find out the price of delivery enter the postcode and date of
delivery into the box and the price will be displayed. Or you can always call us in-store. Prices may increase during peak periods such
as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas.
Please Note: Shopping Centre deliveries incur an additional $5 delivery fee due to limited access and extended delivery time. This amount will be taken from the flower value of your order.
